PhotoHush Terms of Use
These terms describe the basic conditions for using PhotoHush and work alongside Apple’s terms for App Store purchases.
License
Your use of PhotoHush is governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement, except where additional terms below apply.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the photos you select, modify, save, and share, including having the rights required to process them. PhotoHush is a privacy utility and does not grant rights to third-party content.
Safe-copy verification
PhotoHush is designed to verify recognized sensitive metadata, file format, and decoded pixels. File formats and third-party software can change. Review important output before relying on it in a high-consequence setting.
Availability
Features may evolve as Apple updates iOS and its media frameworks. We may modify or discontinue functionality when necessary for safety, compatibility, or legal compliance.
Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhotoHush is provided as is, without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Liability is limited as described in the Apple Standard End User License Agreement and applicable law.
